Broumovské stavební sdružení s.r.o. (Broumov Building Association Ltd.) is a private construction company that was founded by a Deed of Association on April 6, 1992 when two companies conducted joint business as part of the Broumov Building Association; the two companies merged at the beginning of 1995 and founded a Limited Company (s.r.o.). Mr. Miroslav Netík is the sole owner and executive head.
Since 1995, the Company has owned its own design and engineering office, represented by a professional team of designers who can provide a comprehensive service for our customers with all design services including elaboration of design documents, provision of the building permit, and co-operation during the construction implementation up to its final inspection.
A highly effective car fleet - truck service is also part of the Company, providing ground work, excavations, delivery and transport of any kind of material for our customers, including loading and unloading.
Since 2011, the Company has also been providing the possibility to store construction debris on its recycling centre where the debris is subsequently recycled for other suitable material use thanks to which the Company now ranks among those following the growing trend of utilizing the maximum possible potential of the maximum possible amount of debris before its storing at a landfill and thus supporting a more careful approach to the environment.
The Company's registered office, design office and the technical base are located in Broumov; the recycling centre operates in Hejtmánkovice. The Company operates especially in the Broumov and Hradec Králové areas; however, based on our customer's requests, Broumovské stavební sdružení s.r.o. is ready to operate in the whole of the Czech Republic.
The basic stabilized and qualified team of employees emphasizes good quality construction preparation as well as implementation. Employees are regularly trained, their professional growth supported, new technologies and state-of-the-art materials are used, and the Company tries to stay in constant harmony.
The good quality of our work and reliability of our Company may be verified with our long-term customers represented not only by private investors but also municipal authorities.
The Company maintains and develops the quality management system pursuant to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 introduced in 2002, the environmental management system pursuant to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 introduced in 2005 and the occupational health and safety system pursuant to ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 introduced in 2011. The Company obtained certificates in compliance with the standards and the certified system relates to construction design work, construction preparation work, construction implementation, structure modification and removal, and to road motor freight transport.
